A honeymoon is one of the most memorable trips you will ever take and can be a chance for a real bucket list experience, so it is perhaps unsurprising that safari followed by some relaxing beach time is top of many of our honeymooners list.

The thrill of seeing wild animals in their natural habitat as you gaze across the vast Africa plains is hard to beat. Imagine the excitement the first time you see your favourite animal- a memory that will stay with you for life!

Types of safari

We'll also help you decide the type of safari that is right for you. Do you want to sleep under canvas in traditional, colonial style tented accomodation? Or are you looking for a lodge with a spa and pool? Perhaps you want to sleep out under the stars fly camping.

As well as traditional 4x4 safaris, there are a host of other activities honeymooners can enjoy whilst on safari: from walking, horse riding or water safaris to hot air ballooning over the Masai Mara at sunrise!

Romance on safari

Safaris are always an adventure, but they can also be incredibly romantic. As all our trips are tailor-made, we can ensure you have your own vehicle if you want, and organise romantic candle lit suppers or sun downer drinks for just the two of you in the middle of the African bush.

Safari and beach honeymoons

Many of our safari honeymoon couples choose to first go on safari, and then to spend a week relaxing on the beach. There are a plethora of options from the stunning beaches of Zanzibar, to the white sands of the Kenyan coast through to island hopping around the luxurious and pristine Seychelles.
