Arrive in to Kilimanjaro International Airport where your driver will be waiting to transfer you to Rivertrees Country Inn to unwind. This charming country estate sits in 10 acres of vibrant natural greenery, just a short distance from Arusha town.

Tranfer by vehicle to the Lake Manyara area, entering the park from the more remote south. Here you have the option of an easy mountain bike safari through rural villages. It's the perfect opportunity to learn a bit more about Tanzanian farming life and soak up the atmosphere. Enjoy a relaxing picnic lunch along the streams and tributaries, before meeting up with your vehicle at the park entrance for a game drive to Manyara Green Camp. Spend the afternoon exploring the surroundings of this stunning camp: climb up waterfalls, swim in rock pools and tuck into a hearty dinner on the dry river bed beneath the stars.

Enjoy a full day of game viewing activities. Start with a walk along the shores of Lake Manyara with the aim of getting closer to the flamingos. The Park is renowned for its excellent bird-watching opportunities in general, with more than 400 different bird species being recorded.

There are also various game drive options, including a night drive before heading back to Manyara Green camp for another evening.

Begin with a game drive out of Manyara and experience Tanzania's fist tree top walkway, followed by a walk, bike or tuk tuk ride through the modern yet traditional village of Mto Wa Mbu. This experience ends with a local lunch served in a Banana Plantation. Head to the Ngorongoro Crater in the afternoon where you can enjoy an easy and spectacular walk along the crater rim. You'll be spending the night in the stylish Sanctuary Crater Camp.

Departing early (whilst it's still dark), you'll be the first vehicle on the Ngorongoro Crater floor. In addition to the Sanctuary Crater Camp being a modern and stylish safari base, it's also very close to the Crater floor. So, you can beat all the traffic and have a big part of the Crater all to yourself! Enjoy the day on the Crater floor with a picnic brunch and transfer into the Serengeti in the mid afternoon for a game drive to Naabi Green Camp.

Game drive from Naabi Green Camp through the southern Serengeti. This camp is in the ideal location to access the migration wherever it might be on the short grass plains. Naabi is an 'island' in the plains with its own resident population of animals all living close to camp. The camp is completely unfenced so you will be truly in the heart of the Serengeti. This is the best place to be from December through until March to see the Great Migration too!

Enjoy a morning game viewing in the Southern Serengeti and end up at the Serengeti Walking Camp for lunch. Enjoy your first walk in the Serengeti in the afternoon and overnight in this remote walking camp in a private walking concession inside the Serengeti.

Enjoy a full day with various walking options inside the Serengeti and overnight back in the Serengeti Walking Camp.

Early morning game drive out of camp to the Seronera Airstrip and flight from Seronera to Arusha. Pick up in Arusha and transfer back to Rivertrees Country Inn for a day room and mid afternoon transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure flight.
