Meet Summer
I grew up on the beaches of the west and east coasts of Australia and as a kid my family holidays were spent caravaning across the Nullarbor or a short getaway in Indonesia! I got my first taste of solo travelling when I was 15 and did a student exchange to Italy. As soon as I graduated high school, I knew that I needed to see everything that the world has to offer - I moved abroad and since then have lived in 3 different countries and travelled to 20 more!
There is nothing I love more than meeting new people, learning about different cultures, exploring and trying new things. I have backpacked through different European countries, road-tripped across Canada and the United States, hiked to Machu Picchu and backcountry-camped next to glaciers! The more places I go, the more my bucket list grows!
Once-in-a-lifetime Peru experience
When travelling in Peru I was able to visit local women’s weaving co-ops, hike the Inca Trail and stay at an ecolodge in the Tambopata Rainforest. This experience is something I will never forget. I even got to hike Vinicunca – the famous Rainbow Mountain, on my 21st birthday! Meeting the locals, eating incredible food, and experiencing some of the most beautiful destinations in the world – a true once-in-a-lifetime moment for me!
