Roca Sundy

Roca Sundy is a lovingly restored old plantation house. Its leafy, verdant grounds are shared with resident villagers,who give you an authentic feeling for the character and history of Principe. Of its 12 authentically decorated rooms, you can choose between Colonial House or the Plantation House. (Each house has six rooms).

Colonial House: three of the rooms have lovely views on the first floor, with 30m², including balcony. Two are connecting rooms. Three rooms on the ground floor are comprised of one master suite (50m²) and two rooms (30m²) with garden view, each with en suite bathroom.

Plantation House : six rooms with 25m² living space; three have garden view and another three have a panoramic view, all have en-suite bathroom and private balcony.

The property is only about 15 minutes from Bom Bom Island Resort and is highly praised for its attentive staff and excellent food. A variety of activities can be arranged for guests, including Biosphere trail walks and hikes; Principe explorer day tours; turtle watching; whale watching; birding and community visits.
