African Vineyard

Tucked away in neatly manicured gardens not far from the laid-back town of Upington, African Vineyard is a wonderful base from which to explore this lovely part of South Africa, with visitors guaranteed to come back to a warm welcome and superb hospitality.

African Vineyard is home to 12 stylish bedrooms, all of which come with their own en-suite bathrooms and easy access to the beautiful gardens for which the property is known. The rooms are all individually styled, with en-suite bathrooms, comfortable beds, terracotta floors and all of the amenities that guests could wish for. The main area houses the reception, lounge and dining area, with a small bar for pre-dinner drinks, with a particular focus on the wines made on the estate on which the property is found. Keen gourmets will be especially attracted by the six-course tasting menu for which the restaurant is renowned – a wonderful culinary experience and one certainly worth making the journey for. The outdoor swimming pool is a wonderful retreat from the afternoon heat, whilst guests looking to be pampered can enjoy the range of treatments offered in the extensive spa, just one of the many unique features of this charming country property.
