Situated on the southernmost tip of Lamu Island at the end of the famous Shela beach, Kizingoni is made up of six individual luxury beachfront villas. Each villa comes with a resident manager to make sure your stay goes as smoothly as possible.
Wazi Dubu’s spacious, cool design and palm fringed position have made it a great favourite with family visitors and party groups alike. It has four double and two twin bedrooms. Soft yellow walls, colourful shrubs and tall coconut palms around the central 12 metre pool courtyard, allow complete privacy and security. Three elevated communal areas – the breakfast roof, sundowner baraza and main dining terrace – provide huge views of the ocean, the beach and the passing dhows. On the first floor, the dining terrace has a table long enough to seat 16 comfortably, the perfect party venue!
When not relaxing on the beach or in your room, local activities include water-skiing, wake-boarding, snorkelling, picnics on nearby islands, and visits to the historical town of Lamu. Then there's deep sea fishing, sunset dhow trips, fishing with the traditional fishermen and lobsters divers of Kizingoni Beach and swimming with dolphins.
