Rooms: The lodge features 82 guest rooms, including accommodations in the main lodge, cabins, Snyder Hall, and the Cobb House. Main lodge rooms offer a rustic yet comfortable stay with private bathrooms and traditional décor. Cabins, ranging from duplex to six-plex units, provide a more secluded experience with private bathrooms and cosy interiors. The Cobb House offers three suites with sitting areas and televisions, while Snyder Hall provides hostel-style rooms with shared bathrooms, ideal for budget-conscious travellers.

Amenities: While maintaining its historic charm, Lake McDonald Lodge offers modern conveniences such as eco-friendly toiletries, down-alternative pillows, and energy-efficient lighting. Limited Wi-Fi hotspots are available, and each room includes an iron, hairdryer, and coffee maker (except in Snyder Hall). Dining options include Russell’s Fireside Dining Room, Jammer Joe’s Grill & Pizzeria, and Lucke’s Lounge, as well as a general store for snacks and souvenirs.

Activities: Guests can embark on boat cruises, horseback rides, ranger-led programs, and Red Bus Tours exploring Glacier National Park’s breathtaking landscapes.
