Day 1: Family excitement builds....
Today you will check in for your overnight flight to Mahe, Seychelles.
Days 2 - 6: Praslin Island, the Seychelles
What a setting at Le Domaine De La Reserve
On arrival in Mahe you will be transferred to the jetty to get the boat to Praslin, taking roughly 1 hour and going in business class you will be offered soft drinks and snacks.
On arrival in Praslin you will be taken to Le Domaine de la Reserve where you will stay in the Bois Damour Beach Front Family Suite on Bed & Breakfast.
Spend these next 5 days chilling out with the children, the pool is the largest on Praslin so there is plenty of place for the family to enjoy themselves. The beach here is lovely soft sand and although it isn’t strictly private, it can only be reached through the hotel property, so guests effectively have the run of it.
The hotel has two restaurants, three bars, the beach bar terrace is the perfect place to take the complimentary afternoon tea or enjoy a sundowner cocktail.
Days 7 - 11: Praslin Island, the Seychelles
Grab a bit of pool time.
During these last 5 days you will probably want to start exploring Praslin Island so take a few trips out. Anse Lazio beach is well worth a visit, why not take a picnic and bottle of chilled wine and juice for the kids. The ‘Valle de Mai Nature Preserve’ is famous for the coco de mer palms and variety of orchids, you might even see the black parrots.
It's possible to rent a kayak, with which you can explore the shallow lagoon waters that surround the hotel. (The beach and shallow waters are protected by a coral reef).
Its only 15 minutes by boat to go over to La Digue and take a tour of the island on pushbikes for a change of scenery
Day 12: Take away - family forever memories
Grab a Beach Picnic
Depart Praslin by boat arriving into Mahe an hour later where you will be met and transferred to the airport for your overnight flight to the UK
Day 13: Homeward bound
Landing back in the UK, you will then make your way home with wonderful memories of a brilliant family holiday..
