Strategically located in the natural corridor between Manyara and Tarangire
Lake Burunge Tented Camp is a comfortable and affordable place to relax after a days of game drive in the local national parks. The main building is located in the middle of the camp and accommodates a lounge, restaurant and an infinity pool.
There are 20 tented rooms and 10 Bungalows at this camp, standard and family rooms are available. All rooms have private bathrooms and terraces, and all have 24-hour solar electricity. All rooms are built on raised platforms, so the terraces offer spectacular views over Tarangire, Lake Burunge and on a clear day you can see Mt Meru.
Lake Burunge Tented camp can arrange game drives in both Tarangire and Manyara Nation Parks. Guided walks around Lake Burunge and visits to the Mbugwe tribe in a nearby village are great added extras to your trip.
