Klein’s Camp, owned and operated by ‘& Beyond’ and is on the path of the Great Migration. The camp enjoys some of the best elephant viewing in the Serengeti. ‘& Beyond’ is committed to conserving and maintaining this spectacular area and every care is taken ensure that the camp has minimum impact on its environment.
Accommodation at Klein’s Camp consists of 10 rustic thatched cottages built with local materials. Décor is classic and cool stone walls contrast with rich wooden floors. All cottages enjoy en-suite bathrooms and private verandas with spectacular views of the surrounding wilderness. Klein’s Camps luxurious guest areas also have magnificent views as well as a glittering swimming pool, well-stocked bar and craft shop. Delicious home-cooked meals are served in the tasteful dining area or in a scenic bush clearing.
A variety of thrilling safari activities await you, including adventurous day and night game drives and off-roading in open 4WD vehicles. Klein’s Camp is the only camp in Tanzania to offer exciting three hour wilderness walks led by expert guides and Maasai trackers. The camp’s ideal position on the edge of the Kuka Hills ensures that views of the plains and wildlife below are spectacular. There are also chances to visit the local Maasai villages for a rare insight into the culture and traditions of tribal life.
