Kirurumu Manyara Lodge is a simple but comfortable property which is often used as a base from which to explore both Lake Manyara National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater. Located high up on the edge of the Rift Valley the views are spectacular.
Made up of 27 tented rooms, 2 honeymoon suites and 2 family cottages spread out across 13 acres, linked by winding stone paths. The rooms are spacious and simply styled, with large beds and Maukti mats on polished stone floors. The main buildings (dining room and reception) within the camp are comfortably and modestly decorated, however the bar area is certainly the highlight. Scattered with lounge chairs inside and directors chairs on the terrace, the outstanding view of the Rift Valley and Lake Manyara is something to behold.
As well as exploring the nation parks, Kirurumu Manyara Lodge can also arrange guided walks, visits to local villages, half day hikes, mountain biking and fly camping.
