Enkewa Camp

Enkewa Camp is located in the Masai Mara National Park, a stunning area in Kenya that is home to the Big Five and every year bears witness to the Great Wildebeest Migration. An intimate camp with only six tents, Enkewa has been strategically placed to increase the number of animal sightings.Children are welcome and the camp will and arrange special children's programmes on request. The camp is accessed by flying into the Keekorok Airstrip and a 20 minute road transfer to Enkewa.

The camp consists of six traditionally-styled tents, five of which are standard and one is a family tent. Each are equipped with comfortable beds, a private en-suite bathroom and views that overlook the stunning savannah. Guests can enjoy warm safari showers. The camp has one mess tent for dining and a lounge area for guests to relax. The unfenced camp is guarded 24/7 by the Masai warriors to ensure guests safety.

At Enkewa camp there are a range of activities on offer. Big 5 tracking, half and full day drives, hot air balloon trips, waterfalls, walks and sundowners amongst others. The Masai Mara National Reserve is also home to a wide variety of bird life. The guides at Enkewa do not communicate with any other camps by radio, meaning that the animal sightings are normally private and completely your own. For guests interested in the Masai culture there are opportunities to visit a genuine traditional Masai village or the local market. If you enjoy photography, Enkewa is the ideal place to go.
