Many of us enjoy fishing. If it’s just an excuse to sit back and relax with a beer and watch the world go by or even if you are seasons angler looking to tick of the mighty Tiger fish then this is the trip for you. Flying up into the Okavango Delta's pan handle spend 3 nights at Nxamaseri making the most of their fully inclusive package and spending as much time on the water as possible. Tiger fish can be caught all year round here and they get big. Following Nxamaseri fly into the heart of the delta to combine incredible wildlife viewing with a spot of fishing. Duma Tau is home to lion, leopard, wild dog, hyena, elephants, zebra and a number of plains game as well as being in a great spot to head out and enjoy fishing for tiger fish, tilapia and barble. Finish your trip with 3 nights at Victoria Falls fishing on the mighty Zambezi and enjoying all the activities on offer around the falls.

Day 1 - Arrive in Botswana and head to the Delta:
Arrive into Maun on your flight from Johannesburg.
On arrival in Maun connect with your light aircraft flight up to the Okavango Delta Pan Handle. This area is known for incredible fishing. You will be spending 3 nights on a full inclusive basis at Nxamaseri Island and fishing lodge.
Day 2 to 4 - Exploring, fishing and wildlife:
This area is known for its large volume of tiger fish. The tiger fish is well known for being on of the best freshwater game fish. You can spend your days exploring the water ways catching tiger fish and a good number of bream for the braai (the Africa word for BBQ). Make sure to keep your eyes out for passing elephant and the prolific bird life.
Day 4 - Head north, further in to the wilds of the Delta:
Following a relaxing morning at transfer to Duma Tau in the North Easter eds of the Okavango Delta.
Day 5 to 7 - Mega herds of elephants, an abundance of wildlife and lagoon fishing:
Your stay here will be a mixture of fishing and game viewing. The area is known for its mega herds of elephant and abundant wildlife which are common throughout the Linyanti. Overlooking a large lagoon fishing spots are plentiful. All 7 tents have their own plunge pool which is perfect for relaxing during the heat of the day in between morning and evening game drives, lunch, breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner so there is plenty to keep you occupied over your 3 night stay.
Day 7 - Head to the mighty Zambezi River, Zimbabwe:
Your final stay is the mighty Zambezi river following into the Victoria Falls - where you will enjoy the colonial history of the Victoria Falls Hotel. But don't worry, there's still more fish to catch. You will leave Duma Tau and fly North East to Kasane where you will transfer across the border to the Victoria Falls. There are a number of accommodation options here, however a stay at Victoria Falls Hotel is always a lovely way to finish your trip.
Day 8 & 9 - Two days with a private fishing guide:
No fishing trip is complete without a few days of completely private fishing on the Zambezi. Fish amongst the crocodile and hippos whilst watching elephants cross. We will arrange for 2 days private fishing with guide as well as any other activities you would like to do such as sundowner cruises, helicopter over the falls, white water rafting or bungy jumping to name a few.
Day 10 - The journey home:
Transfer to Victoria Falls airport to begin your journey home.
