ATOL Protection
We are an ATOL-protected tour operator. This means your holiday is financially protected when you book a full package with flights and receive an ATOL certificate.
Refundable Deposits
We offer added flexibility when you book. If the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) advises against travel to your destination two weeks before departure, we will refund your deposit in full or help you choose an alternative.

We keep a close eye on guidance from the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) and will let you know if anything changes for your destination.
If Travel Remains Open
If your destination is still considered safe to travel to, your holiday will go ahead as planned. Most of the places we offer are far from areas of conflict, and airlines operate to strict international safety standards, adjusting routes where needed.
If FCDO Advice Changes to “Do Not Travel”
More than 10 weeks before departure
If advice changes at this stage, we’ll keep you updated and review your plans with you as things develop. As guidance can change, we may also hold off requesting your final balance to give you more flexibility.
Within 10 weeks of departure
If advice changes within 10 weeks of your trip, we’ll be in touch to talk through your options and keep you fully informed.
Two weeks before departure
If advice against travel is still in place two weeks before you’re due to leave, we’ll work with you to find the best option. This could mean postponing your trip or choosing a different destination. If you decide not to travel, we will refund any money you’ve paid.
A Note on Supplier Commitments
As a tailor-made tour operator, we arrange flights, accommodation and experiences on your behalf. In some cases, these are non-refundable once confirmed. Where FCDO advice does not restrict travel, our standard booking conditions will apply.
We will always do what we can to support you and offer flexibility where possible, while working within the terms agreed with our partners around the world.
