Love GOSH Valentine's Ball
The annual Love GOSH Valentine's Ball raises vital funds for Great Ormond Street Hospital's pioneering work treating seriously ill children. This February, the elegant charity event supported GOSH's campaign to build a state-of-the-art Children's Cancer Centre. As advocates for children's health, we at Far & Wild were proud sponsors of the 2024 Valentine's Ball photobooth. Our interactive photo experience helped raise over £780,000 for this worthy cause.
About the Evening
This year's Valentine's Ball was hosted by popular TV presenter Holly Willoughby. The night featured sensational performances from singer Rebecca Ferguson and British pop rock band The Feeling. With tickets selling for £295 per person, the event drew an elegant crowd eager to support GOSH's vital work while enjoying an evening of music, auctions, and entertainment.
Our sponsored photobooth was busy all night long, with guests excited for the chance to snap photos with custom Valentine's-themed props and backdrops. The long lines demonstrated attendees' enthusiasm for capturing memories from the magical evening.
Far & Wild's Contribution
Sponsoring the photobooth was our small but meaningful way to contribute to this incredibly important cause. Beyond raising vital funds, we hope our booth added an extra element of fun to this special night.
The Importance of GOSH's Work
The money raised will help fund a dedicated Children's Cancer Centre at Great Ormond Street. This facility will centralize cancer diagnosis, treatment, research and family services - drastically improving care for young patients. We encourage readers to visit the GOSH Charity website to learn more about supporting this transformative project.
We were happy to support the 2024 Valentine's Ball in its goal of raising money for seriously ill children in need. It was moving to see so many come together, enjoy activities like the photo booth, and give generously. We are beyond grateful that we are in a position to contribute to an organisation that helps children and families going through immense challenges.
