With private pools, organic gardens, and a host on call, this is barefoot opulence in perfect harmony with nature.
Location
Although just a 20-minute boat ride from the mainland, Ninh Van Bay feels blissfully remote. Backed by dramatic jungle and granite cliffs, and fronted by a long crescent of white sand, it’s a setting that feels more like a private island than a resort.
Rooms
Each of the 62 spacious villas is a private haven, with its own plunge pool and generous deck. Whether you’re tucked into the forest, perched on stilts above the water, or nestled into the rocks, you’ll find a lovely sense of seclusion. We love how the natural materials and open-air bathrooms blur the line between indoors and out.
Amenities
There’s a gorgeous spa hidden among the trees, a clifftop yoga pavilion, and plenty of quiet corners to read, reflect, or sip something cold by the pool. Dining is a highlight too, from fresh seafood by the water to hilltop tasting menus with sweeping views across the bay.
Activities
For those who want more than sun-loungers and spa time, you’ll find paddle boarding, kayaking, guided hikes, island-hopping boat trips, and even the occasional cinema under the stars. There’s a great wellness programme and a few lovely surprises for families too.
Sustainability
Six Senses has long led the way in responsible luxury, and Ninh Van Bay is no exception. The resort runs on solar power, grows much of its produce on-site, and supports wildlife research and reef restoration projects across the region. In collaboration with the NGO GreenViet, between 2019 and 2024 the langur population in the Hon Heo Peninsula rose from just 109 to around 194 individuals.
