Situated on 25 lush acres just 2 km from the Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre and Sun Bear Conservation Centre, and half a kilometre from the Rainforest Discovery Centre, this hill‑covered retreat offers authentic immersion in the Kabili‑Sepilok Protected Forest Reserve. A 1,000‑ft boardwalk winds into the forest behind the resort, with a nature guide on night walks you can spot everything from night birds to gliding flying squirrels

Rooms
The resort comprises of 12 wooden semi‑detached chalets, housing 28 wood‑furnished rooms: 12 king‑size doubles, 10 twins, and 6 family rooms. All accommodations feature air‑conditioning, fans, Astro TV, en‑suite bathrooms, hairdryers. With forest‑facing balconies in doubles and twins (family rooms have an extra bedroom instead)

Amenities
There’s a single restaurant serving buffet‑style international and, alongside a refreshing outdoor pool. Daily shuttle buses run to the Orangutan Centre timed at 09:00 & 14:00 outbound and 11:00 & 16:00 return. Plus private forest walks give the chance for wildlife glimpses right from your balcony.

Activities
Stroll the boardwalk or join guided night explorations with resident naturalists. Look out for hornbills, gliding squirrels, vipers, slow lorises and more. Shuttle-trips to Sepilok are perfect for orangutan feeding visits. The resort’s natural soundtrack at night and dawn chorus set an immersive tone all-day.

Sustainability
Built with minimal impact on the 90%‑hilly terrain, the resort runs solar panels for water heating and provides biodegradable soaps and toilet products to protect the delicate ecosystem.
