A home away from home in the heart of the countryside, Farm Lodge is in the cool hills at 1,500 feet
Built in approximately 1670 as an East India Company planters house, Farm Lodge is set in its own grounds of 10 acres with lawns and lush tropical gardens, affording peace and tranquillity. Being six miles from Jamestown, (20 mins drive) and in the heart of the countryside, Farm Lodge is in the cool of the hills, situated at 1,500 feet. As they are also a farm, most of the produce for the table is fresh from the garden including their own Arabica coffee!
The House can cater for up to eight guests in ensuite rooms. Each room is individually decorated with a classic style, think of it as home away from home.
There's plenty of things to do on St Helena during your stay, whether you're an avid historian, a nature enthusiast or a keen explorer. Visit old military fortifications and discover the fascinating history of the island and its motley collection of exiles, as well as encountering some incredible flora and birdlife found nowhere else in the world. The locals are warm and welcoming, and you can be sure a stay on St Helena will be one to remember.
