Set among the wildlife-rich plains of the Maasai Mara, Seringet offers an intimate tented camp with a relaxed, understated feel
Location: Seringet Mara Camp sits in a private location in the heart of the Maasai Mara Reserve, close to the confluence of the Mara and Talek Rivers. The setting puts you within easy reach of some of the Mara’s best wildlife viewing, with game often visible from camp itself.
Rooms: The camp has nine tents, including two family tents, accommodating up to 22 guests. Each has an en-suite bathroom with a hot safari shower, solar-powered lighting and a private veranda with safari chairs. The family tents are designed as suites, with separate sleeping areas and bathrooms.
Amenities: Life at Seringet centres around the safari lounge, bar and campfire area, with a second dining mess offering views directly across the plains. A new pool, completed in 2026, adds a welcome place to cool off between game drives. Meals are served al fresco, with early breakfasts often taken as picnics in the bush.
Activities: Days revolve around guided morning and afternoon game drives, with bush breakfasts and sundowners providing a change of pace. Guests can also join nature walks around camp or visit nearby communities, while families can make use of activities led by the camp guides.
Sustainability: The camp uses solar-powered lighting and sources fresh ingredients locally for its meals. Its small scale helps maintain a more intimate safari experience.
