With 106 air-conditioned, en-suite rooms, this hotel is on its own privately protected parcel of land near Von Lindequist gate, eastern Etosha. Well suited for families, 8 of the rooms are family suites that can accommodate 3 kids. The main building has – among other facilities and amenities – a lounge, childrens’ play area, a pool bar and two restaurants: one serves African and international fare; the other serves African dishes including the popular ‘potjiekos’. (Stew).
There is a spa with sauna and jacuzzi.
There are two swimming pools and a childrens’ splash pool; tennis courts and billiard tables. The grounds have well maintained gardens. Invariably, guests would want to go on game drives into Etosha National Park (there are nine and one twenty-seater vehicles). Guided bush walks can be arranged in the lodge’s private reserve.
