This bed and breakfast lodge offers quality accommodation with friendliness and charm in spades. A great all-round hotel, the Casa Rex also makes an ideal stopover on your way to the islands resorts along the coast.
The 16 rooms at Casa Rex are suitable for a variety of budgets and group sizes. Each of the rooms has its own individual style and charm, but all are light and airy with views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. There are also plenty of home comforts including en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning and wireless internet access. The restaurant provides tantalising dishes including a range of seafood, and guests can enjoy their meals on the outside terrace with spectacular views of the bay and gardens.
Casa Rex is a perfect base from which to enjoy a variety of excursions including dhow trips to the Bazaruto Archipelago for diving, snorkelling, fishing and even whale watching (July to October). For more relaxation you can enjoy strolling along the beach near the lodge, drinking sundowners by the pool and a massage from one of the visiting therapists.
