Mivumo River Lodge

Mivumo River Lodge is located in the heart of the Selous Game reserve, luxury accommodation is widely spaced amongst the forest allowing for privacy and seclusion.

With twelve timbered chalets each featuring a private viewing deck, outdoor shower and plunge pool. They are traditionally thatched, with high vaulted ceilings and picture windows, each room features an engaging mix of classic safari antiques and ultra-modern leather and rattan styled furniture. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, with clawfoot baths and colonial style decoration.

There are spacious public areas including a lounge, library and bar, all interconnected by wooden walkways.

Mivumo Rover lodge offers game drives, guides game walks, boat excursions and sun downers outings. But you don’t have to go far, as hippos and elephants can be seen from the lodges!
