One of the best loved properties in the Caprivi Strip, Divava Okavango Lodge & Spa overlooks the Okavango River and is within easy walking distance of the beautiful Popa Falls. Surrounded by towering trees and with plenty of wildlife around the lodge, this is a delightful spot to spend a few nights when exploring Caprivi.

There are 20 rooms at the lodge, all of which look out through the trees to the river with large decks and lounge chairs at the front of each room where guests can relax. The bedrooms are lovely and spacious, kept cool by high, thatched ceilings and have welcoming mosquito net draped beds in the middle. En-suite bathrooms come with all of the amenities that you could need and the views from the bath out to the river are spectacular. The main lodge is a huge space with an open plan lounge and bar area, a separate dining area to one side and a large decking area. A small swimming pool sits to one side of the lodge and there is a massage sala and spa where a range of treatments can be enjoyed. The restaurant serves a range of locally inspired dishes and is one of the most popular features of the lodge.

As well as walks to the Popa Falls, the lodge offers boat trips along the river, fishing excursions and day trips to the Mahango National Park, home to varied wildlife including lion, leopard, elephant and buffalo. For those looking to get an insight in to the culture of the region, trips to local villages can also be arranged.
