Day 2: Discovering Mexico City

After breakfast at the hotel, you'll transfer to the meeting point for an engaging 3-hour walking tour exploring Mexico City's renowned street food scene. Led by an English-speaking culinary guide, you'll weave through a historic neighbourhood, sampling an array of authentic Mexican dishes like tamales, burritos, and carnitas. Afterwards, you'll embark on a private city tour to uncover additional highlights, including the grand Cathedral, the panoramic views from Madero Street, and the grand Paseo de la Reforma avenue.

Upon arrival, you'll be met and taken on a scenic boat ride through the breath-taking 800-metredeep Sumidero Canyon, followed by a visit to the colonial town of Chiapa de Corzo. You'll then continue your journey to San Cristobal de las Casas, where you'll check into Hotel bö for a 2-night stay.

Surrounded by its well-preserved 16th-17th century fortified walls, Campeche exudes a romantic, swashbuckling atmosphere, which you'll experience on an afternoon walking tour of the city centre.

Day 8: To Merida

Departing Campeche, your first stop today will be the Maya archaeological site of Uxmal, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its low, elegant palaces adorned with symbolic Chaac motifs. After exploring these impressive ruins, you'll continue on to the capital of the Yucatan, Merida. You'll settle into your accommodations at the Boutique Hotel Kunuk, where you'll spend the next two nights.

Day 9: Merida City Tour

This morning, you'll embark on a private half-day tour of historic Merida, founded more than 450 years ago on the site of the ancient Maya city of T'ho.
