The rolling red dunes of the Liwa Desert in the Empty Quarter provide a breath-taking backdrop to your stay in the city, and you can actually stay in the desert itself. Interestingly, the Empty Quarter is home to the world’s largest uninterrupted desert. Nothing quite compares to the magic of a meal in the desert underneath a blanket of twinkling stars, perhaps the epitome of romance.
