The lodge is characterised by ancient red dunes sparsely covered by Camelthorn trees
Suricate Lodge is set on a large red sand dune towering over the Auob Wetlands. The lodge is designed to promote ultimate relaxation from the stresses and strains of modern life, where guests can sit and watch the wildlife making its way through the pan. There is a high density of game to be viewed here, the best months to visit are during the rainy season when the pans fill with water creating large watering holes.
The twelve tents combine home comforts with the ultimate African safari experience, leaving guests with long lasting memories. Each tent comes complete with an open air en-suite bathroom, private deck overlooking the pans, mosquito net and mini bar. Guests can choose to relax at the lodge's own infinity pool and properly unwind after a day of game viewing.
