Kenya
Safari days in Kenya tend to start early, slow in the heat, and pick up again as the light drops. The conservancies around the Maasai Mara give strong wildlife sightings in quieter areas away from the main reserve. Many travellers finish with a few slow days on the coast near Diani or Watamu.
